Tyee Lake Hydroelectric (IECO)
The investigation included using a mini-sub to map the lake bottom (>100’ deep) to locate a suitable lake-tap entrance, seismic studies for the control dam foundation, geologic mapping of the surface and subsurface (diamond drilling), selection of penstock, powerhouse, tunnel locations and a natural hazard assessment.
