Claim Staking

AES can handle your entire claim staking program – on federal or state lands -- from planning and budgeting to field work, filing and recording. The process includes:
  1. Examination of land status
  2. Budgeting for personnel, transportation, fuel, supplies, shipping, filing and recording fees, freight, and other expenses necessary to complete the job
  3. Establishing a schedule and organizing logistics (aircraft, shipping, travel and lodging)
  4. Developing claim maps, flight line maps with post numbers, GIS/GPS post location coordinates, and claim tags
  5. Creating claim posts
  6. Staking the Claims (pilot and bomber)
  7. Filing claim certificates at the Public Information Office
  8. Recording claims and paying fees in the proper recording district
  9. Constructing an Assessment and Rent Due worksheet for tracking payment schedule on claims
